These terms apply when you buy from Para 15 Trigger through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

Your responsibility for local law

This is the most important term on this page. The products we sell are firearm components, and their legality varies by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is lawful for you to buy, possess and use where you live before you order it. By placing an order you confirm that you have done so, that you are legally permitted to receive the product, and that you meet any applicable age requirement.

We cannot advise you on the law in your jurisdiction and nothing on this site is legal advice. Our guide to state-level restrictions explains how to check your own position, but it is background reading, not a clearance.

What we sell

The products listed here are components and accessories. They are not firearms and are not sold as firearms. Fitting a component to a firearm is done at your own risk and is your responsibility, including any function check before use.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and we may decline an order for any lawful reason, including where we believe it cannot lawfully be fulfilled. Prices and availability shown on the site can change without notice. If a pricing or stock error is obvious, we will contact you before charging you rather than fulfil at a wrong price.

Payment

Payment is taken through third-party providers and, where offered, by cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network. We do not hold your card details.

Delivery

We dispatch to the address you give at checkout. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Any duties, taxes or import charges arising outside our dispatch jurisdiction are yours to pay.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact clientservice@para15trigger.com and we will put it right. Items must be unused and in original condition to be returned. We cannot accept the return of a component that has been fitted or modified. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for loss arising from unlawful use, incorrect fitting, or use of a product in a jurisdiction where it is restricted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies. How we handle your personal data is set out separately in our privacy policy, and the standards we hold our published content to are in our editorial principles.
