Privacy policy

This policy explains what Para 15 Trigger collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It describes how this site actually operates rather than covering things we do not do.

What we collect when you order

Placing an order requires your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and the contents of your order. This is handled by WooCommerce, the shop software this site runs on, and it is stored in our website database. We need it to process, pack and ship what you bought, and to contact you about the order.

Payment details

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and, where you choose it, by cryptocurrency networks. We never receive or store your card details. What we see is whether a payment succeeded and the reference associated with it. Each payment provider handles your data under its own privacy policy, and a cryptocurrency transaction is recorded on that currency’s public ledger, which is outside our control.

If you contact us

The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, subject and message, and sends them to us by email. We use that only to answer you. If you email clientservice@para15trigger.com directly, we hold that correspondence in the same way.

Accounts

If you create an account you also give us a username and a password, which is stored encrypted. An account lets you see your order history and saved addresses. You are not required to create one to buy.

Cookies

The shop sets cookies so your basket survives moving between pages and so you stay logged in if you have an account. Our hosting provider sets cookies used for page caching and site security. If you block cookies in your browser, the basket and checkout will not work properly.

Who we share it with

We share what is necessary with the parties who make an order happen: payment providers, and the carrier delivering your package. We also rely on our web host to run the site. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Contact-form messages are kept while the query is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email clientservice@para15trigger.com and tell us what you want. We may need to keep certain order records even after a deletion request where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.
